Annual Fund

Country Day’s Top Giving Priority

The Annual Fund is Charlotte Country Day School’s top giving priority because it directly supports the school’s greatest assets—our students and our teachers.

Dollars raised each year:

  • Attract superior faculty and staff and support them through professional development
  • Offer financial aid that fosters community
  • Provide students with small class sizes and individualized attention

Every Student. Every Classroom. Every Day.

Every Student

Your tax-deductible, unrestricted gift ensures that every Country Day student benefits from an exceptional educational experience beyond what tuition alone would cover. In fact, the Annual Fund helps close the gap between tuition and the actual cost of a Country Day education. It’s fundamental to the school’s operating budget and the reason we are so deeply appreciative of your participation.

Every Classroom

Annual Fund dollars are crucial to fostering a love of learning for all of our students by supporting inspiring faculty and dynamic programming. Investment in the Annual Fund directly benefits all Country Day students because it helps them engage more deeply in core academic areas.

Every Day

The Board of Trustees and the Head of School are committed to minimizing tuition increases while providing every student the opportunity to reach his or her personal best. The strength of our Annual Fund comes from the collective participation of parents, alumni, grandparents, trustees, faculty, staff, and other friends of the school.

"Any gift Eric and I give is small in comparison to the gifts the faculty and staff give to the children each and every day. The commitment to and love for the students infused into every minute of every day is priceless. We feel great pride to be able to give to a community that has given our family so much."
