For College Representatives
We welcome many college visitors to our campus every fall. We accept visitors beginning Tuesday, September 5 through Friday, November 17, 2017. Due to school holidays, special events, parent conferences, or PSAT testing, there are no visits on:
- September 21
- October 5, 6, 9, 11
- November 6.
Please note: we have two campuses. When navigating your GPS system (for example Waze), please select 1440 Carmel Road, which is our main campus where the College Counseling Office is located.
College Counseling Office Has Temporarily Moved
We're excited about several new learning spaces coming to our campus over the next few years. The first phase of construction involved tearing down the building that housed the College Counseling Office to make way for a new state-of-the-art math and science center. For the next few years, College Counseling will be operating out of a temporary building before moving into our new, permanent space.
When you arrive on the Country Day campus, please:
- Park in the fenced Overflow/Event Parking area (it's marked with entrance signs).
- Use the crosswalk, not the entry/exit road, to reach the temporary College Counseling Office. Review the map.
Request for College Visit
We use an online scheduling service which allows college representatives to schedule up to 60-minute sessions to meet with students. Sign up to visit and choose between the following class times: 8:00 am, 9:35 am, 10:45 am, 1:00 pm, or 2:10 pm. These times may vary due to an adjusted schedule. If you have any questions about your visit, please e-mail Donna Witman in the College Counseling Office.
