Third graders brought their ideas to life through the annual “Kids in Business” marketplace earlier this month.
Students created and sold products such as candles, soaps, soccer goals, and organizational tools, each one developed through their own process of brainstorming, designing, producing, and presenting.

Throughout the event, students practiced communication, creativity, and problem-solving while gaining a hands-on introduction to foundational economic concepts.
For the first time, the event was held in the Harris Gym, bringing all third-grade classes together in one shared space. The new setting allowed students to experience one another’s projects more fully, while giving families the opportunity to easily explore and support a wide range of student-run businesses.

“Kids in Business” continues to be a meaningful tradition that highlights student creativity and builds confidence for our third graders. View the Photo Gallery.
