On March 1, more than 130 seniors attended a Leadership Seminar at Bank of America, exposing students to an entire day in a corporate work setting.
Students heard from thought leaders, learned about leadership communications and public speaking, were introduced to networking and resume building, and gained knowledge about environmental and social governance.
In its seventh year, the Senior Leadership Seminar was created by Assistant Dean of Students Steve Wall and former Country Day trustee and parent Katy Knox, president of Bank of America Private Bank.

The highlight of the day was a panel discussion with six Country Day alumni who graduated between 2013 and 2018 and are all working at Bank of America. They shared their individual journeys and career paths, tips for success, and answered questions.
