COVID-19 Screening

The Magnus Health App allows parents to complete the new daily COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire, which is required of every student prior to arriving on campus.

How to Download and Setup the Mobile App

  1. Log into the Parent Portal and click the "Magnus Health" buttton.
  2. Once you're logged into Magnus, hover over your name with Magnus (top left of screen).
  3. Choose "Change Credentials."
  4. Create a username and password that only you know and will remember. This username/password combination will be used as your mobile Magnus App login only.
  5. Download the "Magnus Mobile v2" App from the Apple Store or Google Play store, and log in using your newly created username and password.

Complete the COVID-19 Daily Health Assessment Prior to Arriving on Campus

  1. From your Magnus App, tap your child's name and then the "COVID-19" icon to complete the Daily Assessment and the five questions prior to arriving on campus. This must be completed for each child
  2. Parents will need to take and record each child’s temperature at home and enter it into the daily health assessment.
  3. For "Go" confirmation messages, take a screen shot of each completed assessment to show the nurse upon arrival on campus. If you receive a "Stop" message for any child, do not come to school. See our COVID-19 policy and call the nurses for guidance.

Please note that an update to the Magnus App is scheduled for the week of August 24, which will allow the passwords to be saved and the name of your child will appear on the "Go" screen along with the date stamp.
