Stroke School
Country Day's Stroke School is a developmental swim program for children in grades 1–5, open to both Country Day families and the broader community. Designed for swimmers ages 7–11, the program helps participants strengthen their technique, build confidence, and develop a solid foundation in all four competitive strokes.
Through expert coaching in a safe, encouraging, and fun environment, swimmers improve stroke mechanics, endurance, and overall water confidence while learning the skills and habits that support future success in competitive swimming. Whether your child is looking to refine their technique or prepare for the next level, our Stroke School provides the instruction and support to help them grow.
