Our staff works with each of our 36 JV and varsity teams in unison with our sports medicine department and sports program heads to implement the most effective and comprehensive training that is seamlessly integrated into the athletic experience.

Sports Performance Center Facilities
Our state-of-the-art 5,500-square-foot Sports Performance Center, located on the lower level of the Harris Performance Gym, is designed to elevate athletic training to the next level. This premier facility offers 18 specialized training stations and open spaces for dynamic plyometric exercises, medicine ball workouts, and core conditioning.
