College Visitors are Welcome!

Charlotte Country Day School has two campuses. The College Counseling Office is located at our main campus on 1440 Carmel Road. Once you enter the campus off Carmel Road, visitor parking is located to the left. Check in at the Levine Center and the receptionist will direct you to our office.

2024–25 Request for College Visits

We are scheduling in-person visits beginning August 26 through November 22, 2024. Please note there are no visits on:

August 29
September 2 (Labor Day)
October 3 (Rosh Hashanah)
October 4 (Fall Break)
October 18, 21, 23
November 1 (Diwali)
November 4

The College Counseling Office uses Scoir Visits for online scheduling, which allows college representatives to schedule 45–60 minute information sessions to meet with seniors and juniors.
