Welcome, College Visitors!

We’re delighted to host your visit to our campus.

Our College Counseling Office is located on our main campus (Cannon Campus) at 1440 Carmel Road, Charlotte, NC 28226.

When you arrive:

  • Enter from Carmel Road and park in the visitor parking lot immediately to your left.
  • Once parked, please check in at the Levine Center. Our receptionist will gladly direct you to the College Counseling Office from there.

2025–26 College Visit Requests

We’re excited to welcome college representatives to Country Day for in-person visits between August 25 and November 21, 2025.

Please note that visits will not be scheduled on the following dates:

  • August 28
  • September 1 (Labor Day)
  • September 23 (Rosh Hashanah)
  • October 2 (Yom Kippur)
  • October 10
  • October 14
  • October 17
  • October 20 (Diwali)
  • October 21
  • November 3

The College Counseling Office uses Scoir Visits for online scheduling. Representatives may select a 60-minute session to meet with juniors and seniors. For scheduling conflicts, please reach out to donna.witman@charlottecountryday.org for alternative options.
