The Class of 2026 was celebrated at the 65th Commencement Ceremony in May 2026, honoring 141 graduates as they begin the next chapter of their journeys. Together, they brought curiosity, character, and Bucs pride to everything they pursued. Now, they carry that spirit with them to colleges and universities across the country and beyond.

- 141 seniors submitted 1,107 applications to 203 colleges and universities (average 8 per student)
- Admitted to 170 unique colleges and universities
- Students will attend 70 colleges and universities in 23 states, Washington, D.C., and Canada
- 68% will attend institutions outside of North Carolina; 32% will remain in-state
- 45% will attend private colleges; 55% will attend public universities
- UNC-Chapel Hill admitted 32 seniors (up from 23 last year)
