About Rachel Simmons

Simmons is a best-selling author, educator, and consultant specializing in helping girls and women to become more authentic, assertive, resilient, and fulfilled. Her most recent bestseller, Enough as She Is: How to Help Girls Move Beyond Impossible Standards of Success to Live Healthy, Happy and Fulfilling Lives, builds upon more than two decades of research to address pressure, brutal self-criticism, and toxic stress culture of constant competition and comparison that students face today. She will present to Upper School students during the school day and parents in the evening.
