We partner with Magnus Health to securely manage student health and medical information. All families—new and returning—must complete required health forms by August 1. Some forms require a physician’s signature, so we recommend starting early.
What You Need To Do (Available June 1)
- Log in to the Parent Portal to access the Magnus Health Portal. Click here for detailed login instructions.
- Use your Parent Portal username and password to access the Magnus Health Portal.
- Complete your student’s “To Do” list in Magnus in the following order:
- Answer all Conditional Questions
- Complete the Vital Health Record
- Finish any remaining items (Note: some forms must be printed, signed by parents and/or physicians, and uploaded)
- Submit Updated Immunization Records for (if required based on conditional questions):
- All new students
- Rising Kindergarteners
- Rising 7th and 12th graders
