"The Alumni Council and I are really excited about Drew’s new position at Country Day. Drew has lived and breathed green and gold as an alumnus, educator, and varsity football coach. We have tremendous confidence that he will bring the same intensity, dedication, and strategic vision to the alumni relations function that he does to the football field. His energy, creativity, engaging personality, and existing network will undoubtedly create continued cohesion and connectivity between our incredible alumni and the school. We’d like to thank him in advance for his expanded responsibilities and know he will do great things in the future."
Bob “Buzzy” Plyler is leaving the Country Day classroom after 45 years, the longest-tenured teacher in our school’s history. Honor Buzzy, or your favorite Bucs legend, with a gift of $5, $10, $20, or more before June 30 and push alumni giving to new heights while positively impacting Country Day students and teachers.
Congratulations to the following alumni who have been in the news recently! If we have missed you, let us know! alumnirelations@charlottecountryday.org.
