Third grade classrooms and Lower School administrative offices, including our Guidance Counselor who meets with students and provides lessons on character development, friendship, coping, communication, and safety skills.

Our main performance area for all three divisions, this venue seats approximately 400 and provides space for more than 70 award-winning plays, musicals, concerts, special events, lectures, and assemblies each year for students and parents in all grades.
The Dowd Student Center transforms the heart of campus and elevates the dining program with its two age-appropriate dining halls. It also fosters community for faculty and students to connect outside the classroom.

Modeled after state-of-the-art learning commons at top universities, this multi-use space blends access to the latest information technology with traditional books and journals, within a dynamic academic center that promotes active collaboration and quiet study.

Home to support services, including our Educational Resource Program (ERP) and College Counseling Suite, where students enjoy open and airy space to meet with our three full-time college counselors.
Students conduct real-time, real-world research in this college-type setting. The facility incorporates advanced technology to support high-level instruction and includes eight dedicated lab spaces for biology, chemistry, physics, engineering inquiry and design, as well as advanced math classes.
The interior of the Hance Fine Arts Center is a work of art in itself. It is home to a 3-D art studio, Blackbox theater, exhibit gallery, photo studio, music practice rooms, and more.
The new 30,000 square foot Klein Aquatic Center includes an eight-lane, 25-yard competition pool and a five-lane, 25-yard warm-up/activity pool, allowing for aquatics programming at all age levels. The new Harris Performance Gym provides ample space to host and welcome large events. The weight room and wrestling/multipurpose rooms allows for training opportunities for all our sports.
The hub of many athletics activities, Bruton Smith Athletic Center includes three full-size basketball/volleyball courts, an elevated track, a strength and conditioning center, the O’Leary Sports Medicine Center, and a laundry/equipment room. This is also where Lower School students participate in PE daily.
Belk Stadium is our largest outdoor competition venue, which includes a full-size natural grass field, an eight-lane track with field event areas, and bleacher seating for 2,500 spectators. We are proud of our extensive outdoor athletics facilities, including five beautiful natural grass playing fields for various sports, an athletic pavilion, and eight tennis courts.
