Boosters Club

Boosters Club was created in 1977

In 1958, Country Day’s Student Council created a Booster Club, which organized pep rallies, operated the concession stand at football games, ushered at school events, and promoted school spirit. With an ever-growing school, the student-run organization became too much for students to handle. In 1977, a parent-led organization (with an s on the end) took its place to promote interscholastic athletic programs. In the first year of the Boosters Club, the parents raised about $12,000.
