Advanced Placement
College-level or Advanced Placement (AP) courses, which can
lead to college credit, are extremely popular in the Upper
School. In a typical year, half of the seniors and one-third
of the juniors take examinations administered by the College
Board. It is possible for students to complete enough AP work
in the Upper School to achieve sophomore status in college.
The Director of Studies or College Guidance Counselor can
provide additional information for interested students. Advanced
