Girls on the Run
Rising grades 4–6. July 8–31, Tuesdays and Thursdays for 4 weeks, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. $215.
Join us for a very special week with a Girls on the Run flair. Using their trademark combination of running, walking, games, role playing, and crazy cheers – plus quiet moments, great discussions, and other fun – the Girls on the Run team helps girls get started on a “lifetime of self-respect and healthy living.” Whether her goal is to be more active or learn more about her own values and being part of a team, each girl discovers her capacity for fun and for challenges! The program addresses all aspects of girls’ development – their physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. Participants should dress comfortably, wear running shoes, and bring a healthy snack and water each day. Girls on the Run T-shirts are provided.
