Alden Alexander earned her captains license after graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill and spent several years as a professional sailor: racing, delivering, and cruising yachts in the Caribbean, UK, Mediterranean, and New England. She now lives in Chicago and works as an associate for Equity Group Investments with a focus on investor relations, market research, and financial analysis.
